Flag of the Georgian Labour Party

The website of the Georgian Labour Party (Sakartvelos Leoboristuli Partia) shows the flag and emblem of the party. The flag is dark red with a black vertical stripe near the hoist with the emblem of the party on the center of the stripe.
However, images from the Russian TV, 6 October 2006, show the flag with a blue stripe along the hoist and the emblem overlapping the blue and red fields of the flag.
